4ONE4 Capital is the trading name of A.C.N. 700 796 729 Pty Ltd, an independently owned finance brokerage operating from the Adelaide CBD. We work across four lending segments — residential, investment and SMSF, commercial and SME, and asset and equipment finance — deliberately broader than a single-product residential shop.
The name "4ONE4" reflects the approach: everyone's situation is different, so every recommendation is built one client at a time, compared across a panel of more than 100 lenders rather than a single institution's product list.
We're independently owned and operated, and we partner with LMG — Australia and New Zealand's largest broker network — for our lender panel, technology and compliance framework. Ben founded 4ONE4 Capital after 15+ years originating and assessing credit inside major institutions — Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Business Bank, and Coutts & Co. Private Bank in London. He currently also originates and assesses commercial credit as a company director in private lending.
He works directly with clients from first enquiry through to settlement, and personally reviews every loan structure the business recommends.
